Housing opens for remaining exhibitors, both blocks (10 or more rooms) & individual reservations.

Request site opens for you, you will receive a letter with a username and password to access the site to make your company’s request.
All requests must be submitted by 11:59pm CT on 12/3.
Tuesday, December 3, 2024
Site closes for Phase 3 companies.

How does it work?

Priority hotel booking will open in 3 phases based on the number of priority points your company has. Show Management will be sending a letter in early Fall 2024 to the person who is listed on the space application as the booth contact with your 2025 priority points.
Don’t worry, you can still participate in the next phase. But your request will then be limited to what options are available in that phase. So be sure to mark these dates on your calendar.
You can call our customer service team at +1 (866) 236-0442 and we can get that resent to you. Please be aware that these letters are sent to the booth contact and cannot be shared with others. If you book the hotel rooms but are not the main contact for the booth, please reach out to the person in your organization who is and ask them to share this with you.
Definition of Years of Membership
Show Management chooses the company/division with the greatest number of years as an AEM member. An exhibitor must be a current member in good standing with AEM in order to have its years of membership used in calculating the membership number.
Definition of Past Participation number
Show Management uses the total square footage purchased by an exhibitor for The Utility Expo 2023. If a company acquired another company(s), the parent company can use the newly acquired company(s) space.
Free Shuttle Service to Select Hotels
Securing your rooms through the official The Utility Expo 2025 hotel block gives you access to the Show’s free shuttle service, helping you save valuable time and money on travel. Shuttle service is available between the Kentucky Exhibition Center and select official The Utility Expo 2025 hotels. Shuttles will operate during official show days, October 7 – 9, 2025.

Maritz is the official hotel provider for The Utility Expo 2025 show and the only company that can sell rooms within The Utility Expo 2025 official hotel blocks.
Please be aware some third-party travel companies may attempt to solicit housing for The Utility Expo 2025 show. These companies are not authorized by Show Management and may provide false information regarding the availability of rooms at hotels within the show hotel booking program.
