General Hotel Booking opens on May 11, 2021

All priority assignments were completed and sent via email on or before December 18, 2020. If you participated but have not received your assignment, please contact Maritz at TheUtilityExpo-EXH@maritz.com to have your hotel assignment resent.

You will not be required to guarantee your rooms with a credit card until housing opens on May 11, 2021 and will have until June 18, 2021 to log back into your housing site to do so.

Free Shuttle Service to Select Hotels

Securing your rooms through the official The Utility Expo 2021 hotel block gives you access to the Show’s free shuttle service, helping you save valuable time and money on travel. Shuttle service is available between the Kentucky Exhibition Center and select official The Utility Expo 2021 hotels. Shuttles will operate during official show days, September 28-30, 2021.
Please Note: Not all hotels in the official show block are on the shuttle route.

Beware of Unofficial Hotel Offers!

Maritz Global Events is the official hotel provider for The Utility Expo 2021 and the only company that is able to sell rooms within the The Utility Expo 2021 official hotel blocks.

Please be aware some third-party travel companies may attempt to solicit housing for The Utility Expo 2021. These companies are not authorized by Show Management and may provide false information regarding the availability of rooms at hotels within the show hotel booking program.
 
If you are contacted by a travel company other than Maritz Global Events, please immediately notify Show Management at prondon@aem.org. Show Management works to prevent the unauthorized solicitation of The Utility Expo exhibitors and attendees.
