Included in your exhibit space cost:
  • Pipe & Drape Package – Standard/Inline booths will be furnished at no charge with 8-foot high drape background and 3-foot high drape partitions. Due to the nature of peninsula, perimeter and island booths, they will not be furnished with black drape or drape partitions.
  • Perimeter Security of exhibit areas.
  • Exhibitor Marketing Kit: Includes direct postcards with postage to 2,000 customers, customizable email campaigns, show logo/web banners, new product/technologies webpage and media relations support.
  • Reduced rate badges for booth personnel.
100 – 499 sq. ft. 2 complimentary badges
500 – 999 sq. ft. 4 complimentary badges
1,000 – 1,499 sq. ft. 10 complimentary badges
1,500 – 4,999 sq. ft. 16 complimentary badges
5,000 – 14,999 sq. ft. 20 complimentary badges
15,000 – 29,999 sq. ft. 35 complimentary badges
30,000 – or more sq. ft. 50 complimentary badges
