Need a meeting room?

The Utility Expo has a limited number of meeting rooms at the Kentucky Exposition Center for exhibitors' meetings, offices, storage, hospitality, or entertainment. Rooms cannot be sublet. Submit requests for reserving a meeting room online.

Requests received through July 29, 2021:
  • $300 half-day (4 hours or less)
  • $450 full day (over 4 hours)
  • + any applicable room reset fees
 Requests received after July 29, 2021:
  • $450 half-day (4 hours or less)
  • $600 full day (over 4 hours)
  • + any applicable room reset fees

REFUND POLICY

  • All requests before July 29, 2021, will incur a $50 processing fee.
  • All requests between July 30, 2021, and August 29, 2021, will incur a $100 processing fee.
  • The Utility Expo does not issue refunds for no-shows or functions canceled after August 30, 2021.

FURNITURE

Standard tables and chairs are included. FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE

Levy has exclusive rights to all food and beverage at the Kentucky Exposition Center. AUDIO-VISUAL
